變電所接地設計需要注意的哪些?

變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)所的(de)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)形式按其(qi)用(yong)途(tu)可分為工(gong)作接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)、保護接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)、防雷接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)及防靜電(dian)(dian)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)四種接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)方式。每(mei)種接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)方式布置是(shi)否規范、合理(li),不僅對站內人身和(he)設備的(de)安(an)全造成影響,同時(shi)也可能對整(zheng)個電(dian)(dian)網安(an)全運行帶(dai)來(lai)危害,因(yin)此變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)所的(de)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)設計(ji)顯得非常重(zhong)要。筆者從事(shi)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)所設計(ji)工(gong)作多(duo)年,認為在變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)所接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)設計(ji)中應注(zhu)意(yi)以(yi)下幾個方面:

一、 保護接(jie)地方面

保(bao)護(hu)接(jie)地(di)(di)按被保(bao)護(hu)對象性質可分(fen)為一次(ci)(ci)設(she)(she)備(bei)保(bao)護(hu)接(jie)地(di)(di)和(he)二次(ci)(ci)設(she)(she)備(bei)保(bao)護(hu)接(jie)地(di)(di)。一次(ci)(ci)設(she)(she)備(bei)保(bao)護(hu)接(jie)地(di)(di)指(zhi)變(bian)壓器、高壓配(pei)電(dian)裝置金屬外殼(ke)及高壓電(dian)力電(dian)纜外皮(pi)進行接(jie)地(di)(di); 二(er)(er)(er)次(ci)設備保護接地(di)指互感器二(er)(er)(er)次(ci)繞組(zu)、低(di)壓配電、保護、控(kong)制屏(柜、箱(xiang))、二(er)(er)(er)次(ci)端子箱(xiang)及低(di)壓配電箱(xiang)外殼等進行接地(di)。這里應注意的問(wen)題: 1、為保(bao)證(zheng)一(yi)次設備保(bao)護接地的(de)可(ke)靠性,對(dui)變壓(ya)器(qi)及高壓(ya)配(pei)(pei)(pei)電裝置(zhi)金屬部分均(jun)采用雙接地引下與(yu)不(bu)同的(de)主網接地點進行連接,對(dui)可(ke)移動的(de)配(pei)(pei)(pei)電裝置(zhi)高壓(ya)配(pei)(pei)(pei)電柜門采用25mm2多股軟銅線進行接地。若電抗器(qi)置于戶內樓(lou)面布置時,為避免沿樓(lou)面鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)形成電磁(ci)環流,對影響范圍內的樓(lou)面鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)間搭接點應用(yong)橡皮隔開。2、二次(ci)設(she)備(bei)保(bao)護接(jie)地(di)(di)除(chu)二次(ci)裝(zhuang)置金屬外殼需可靠接(jie)地(di)(di)外,為避免由于連接(jie)在接(jie)地(di)(di)網不同接(jie)地(di)(di)點間出現的(de)電位差(cha)造成保(bao)護的(de)誤(wu)動作故障(zhang)發生,所有(you)互感(gan)器的(de)二次(ci)回(hui)路只能采用一(yi)點接(jie)地(di)(di):

1)對于電流互感器(qi)的二次(ci)回路(lu)一般在配電裝置(zhi)附近經(jing)端子(zi)排接地(di),但對于有幾組電流互感器(qi)連(lian)接在一起的保護裝置(zhi)(如母差保護),則應在保護屏上(shang)經(jing)端子(zi)排接地(di); 2)電壓互感器的(de)(de)二次(ci)回路,則(ze)利用(yong)控制室的(de)(de)零(ling)相小母線的(de)(de)一點(dian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)入(ru)地(di)網。同理,控制保護屏上的(de)(de)保護接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)也應先全部連接(jie)(jie)(jie)后再(zai)經(jing)一點(dian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)入(ru)主(zhu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)網。

二、 雷電保(bao)護接(jie)地方面

雷(lei)電(dian)保護接(jie)地指(zhi)為(wei)雷(lei)電(dian)保護裝(zhuang)置(避(bi)雷(lei)針、避(bi)雷(lei)線和避(bi)雷(lei)器(qi)等(deng))向大地泄(xie)放雷(lei)電(dian)流而設的(de)接(jie)地。為(wei)此變電(dian)所構架避(bi)雷(lei)針(帶)和避(bi)雷(lei)器(qi)不僅應采用雙(shuang)引下接(jie)地方式,并(bing)敷(fu)設2~3根放射狀水平接地極與主網相(xiang)連,以達到加強對雷電流(liu)的分流(liu)作用。

三、 防靜(jing)電接地方面

現(xian)有微機保(bao)護的(de)抗靜(jing)(jing)電干(gan)擾(rao)能(neng)力較差(cha),外界的(de)干(gan)擾(rao)可能(neng)使(shi)微機保(bao)護發生誤(wu)動,因(yin)此變電所(suo)防靜(jing)(jing)電接地(di)設計就顯得(de)猶為重要(yao)。防靜(jing)(jing)電接地(di)目的(de)主要(yao)對保(bao)護室進行(xing)屏蔽(bi)處(chu)理,并使(shi)所(suo)有保(bao)護裝置的(de)接地(di)處(chu)于同一等電位接地(di)網上。實施途(tu)徑: 1)在控制室四周墻壁內加(jia)裝鋼板網,并連(lian)接在一起與地網相連(lian),從(cong)而對室內的保(bao)護設備進行屏蔽(bi); 2)控制室內地網采(cai)用—22*4銅排敷(fu)設(she)成網格,各保護屏(ping)的專用接地采(cai)用25mm2的多股軟銅(tong)線與銅(tong)網相(xiang)連,銅(tong)網最(zui)終以一點(dian)主接地網相(xiang)連。同(tong)時為方便繼電保護(hu)試驗,往往在控制室墻角預留1-2個銅排接地端子。

四、工作接地設(she)計方面

變電所的工作接地主(zhu)要指主(zhu)變壓(ya)器中性點(dian)和站用變低壓(ya)側中性點(dian)的接地。1、對于(yu)主變壓器,為防止在(zai)有效接(jie)地系統中(zhong)出現孤(gu)立不接(jie)地系統并產生較(jiao)高的(de)工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)過電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)異常運(yun)行工(gong)(gong)況,根據《防止電(dian)(dian)力(li)生產重(zhong)大事故(gu)的(de)二十(shi)五項重(zhong)點(dian)要求》中(zhong)17.717.9條規定要求(qiu),110kV~220kV變壓(ya)器中性點(dian)(dian)應有兩根與主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)接地(di)(di)網不(bu)同地(di)(di)點(dian)(dian)連接的接地(di)(di)引下線(xian),主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)變中性點(dian)(dian)應加裝間隙并聯氧(yang)化鋅避雷器進行(xing)保(bao)護。且當(dang)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)變中性點(dian)(dian)絕緣(yuan)的沖擊耐受(shou)電壓(ya)≤185kV時,還應在(zai)間隙(xi)旁并聯金屬(shu)氧化物避雷器,間隙(xi)距離(li)及避雷器參數(shu)配合要進行(xing)校(xiao)核。2、變電(dian)所站用(yong)變通(tong)常(chang)選(xuan)用(yong)△/ynd11接(jie)線組別的(de)變壓器(qi),為保(bao)(bao)證站(zhan)用(yong)(yong)變低(di)(di)壓出(chu)線漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)能(neng)正確動(dong)作,從而避免設備漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)對人(ren)身造成傷害,因(yin)此(ci)站(zhan)用(yong)(yong)變低(di)(di)壓系統(tong)的(de)接(jie)地系統(tong)應結合站(zhan)用(yong)(yong)變低(di)(di)壓側出(chu)線斷路器(qi)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)原理進(jin)行選擇,由于目前站(zhan)用(yong)(yong)變低(di)(di)壓側出(chu)線通常(chang)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)帶四極漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)的(de)斷路器(qi),即漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)動(dong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流取三(san)相火線和中(zhong)性線(零)線產生的(de)不平(ping)衡電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,為此(ci)低(di)(di)壓接(jie)地系統(tong)中(zhong)性線和保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)線應分開(kai),故(gu)站(zhan)用(yong)(yong)變低(di)(di)壓接(jie)地只可采(cai)用(yong)(yong)TN-STT系(xi)統。
